MyExpert is built to connect customers with independent service experts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app. By using MyExpert, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our service, we collect:

• Name, phone number, email address
• Location (city/area, and precise location where you enable it, to match you with nearby experts)
• Profile details and photos
• For Experts: identity/verification documents (KYC), certifications, and work portfolio images submitted during onboarding
• Push notification token (used only to deliver booking and status updates to your device)

This information is used only to connect customers and experts, verify expert authenticity, deliver notifications, and ensure platform safety.

2. Data Sharing & Third-Party Sharing

MyExpert does not sell or rent your personal information. Your relevant details are shared only between a customer and the expert they book, for service-related communication. We use Firebase (Google) as our backend infrastructure provider for authentication, data storage, file storage, and notifications — Firebase does not use your data for its own purposes. We do not share your data with any other third party except when required by law.

Partner Dispatch & Service Fulfillment: We share customer contact details, service addresses, and booking specifications strictly with our network of vetted local cleaning partner companies and technicians to schedule and fulfill your service request. Our partner agencies are contractually bound to maintain strict confidentiality and are prohibited from using your data for independent marketing or sharing it with external entities.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at musaibmanzoormugloo13@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 6006529152. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

4. Data Security

We value your trust and use reasonable security measures, including Firebase's built-in security infrastructure, to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

MyExpert is intended for users 18 years of age and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time through the app's profile settings or by contacting us directly.
